Colenel Arbuthnot is a cold, apathetic, and stern man. He comes from Baghdad India, which is the same place Mary Debenham came from. In response to this, Colenel claims he never met her there. While informed of the Armstrong case, he has no motive to kill and doesnt carry evidence of any importance.
